About Me
Hello!
My name is Jennifer Uhlman. I am an Licesned Marriage and Family Therapist (#131645) and an Licesned Professional Clinical Counselor (#12760).
I earned a Bachelors in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and my Masters in Counseling also from CSUF. I have focused on my studies on childhood development, the use of popular culture in therapy, and the healing process of trauma and grief.

Stories have always been part of my life. When I am not in the office, I am a full-time nerd. I share this as I know first hand the power stories, popular culture, and the power our hobbies have in our life. I personally play DnD, video games and other table top games, as well as, am a fan of Disney, Marvel/DC comics, Doctor Who, and many other fandomstabletop.
We can work together find empowerment, growth, healing, and accomplish your goals as we use your passions to help re-author your own story. By combining therapeutic techniques and the stories your passionate about, I am here to help you navigate your own story and journey.
Animal Assistant
Hi! I'm Eclipse. I am Bernedoodle and been with Jennifer since I was just a puppy. I was originally a service dog in training but due to my own allergies and medical needs, I retired before being placed. But the good news was, I got to stay with Jennifer as my forever family. Now I am in the process of becoming a full-time therapy dog and have already been working with some clients who are needing my help.
